Last updated: February 2026

We built AuditionAlert to make actors' lives easier — not to collect or misuse their data. This policy explains clearly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. If you have any questions, email us at hello@auditionalert.com.

Who we are

AuditionAlert is a notification service that monitors casting platform email alerts and delivers them to actors via WhatsApp, with Google Calendar integration for availability checking and deadline reminders. AuditionAlert is operated by Ryan Hicks, based in Australia.

Our system is designed to process email text content only. We do not open, read, store, or process any attachments contained in forwarded emails. Attachments are discarded automatically.
